Cape Verdes

Real quicky. John got hit in the head by a fish. At 2am. I haven't stopped smiling since. 45 knot squall and I was in my pajamas. Saw whales ("Check your nav john, we should be 3000 miles from the UK" and boy how we laughed), John went swimming, slow but enjoyable passage with 24 hours of bobbing around going nowhere. Best get used to that. Cape Verdes is much more than expected. Like Senegal but freindlier, safer, more relaxing. Will be here a 2-3 days at least whilst we get ready for the crossing to Brazil. Now there are pub-printouts of the blog, I think I can co-erce John in to doing a proper blog post before we set off. Laters, Nick
